Shipping 

Order processing may take up to 2 business days. Standard orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 2-5 business days from the ship date. Once orders have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you would like to add express shipping please email maura@capsulechicago.com, additional fees may apply. All express orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Express orders need to be placed by 12pm EST to ship the same day otherwise all orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped out the following business day.

CAPSULE is not responsible for delays, stolen or damaged packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Purchases made after November 15th can be returned for store credit though January 15th.

Returns

We're happy to offer store credit for full priced items within 14 days of your purchase or delivery date provided the items have been unworn and in their original condition with tags attached. All refunds exclude original shipping costs. Orders placed using a promotional or discount code at checkout are also valid for store credit or exchange only. Sale items are final sale.
